The Faculty of Labor Sciences has a Quality Assurance System (QMS), evaluated positively by ANECA, whose scope corresponds to all the official qualifications of which the Center is responsible, among which is the Master in Labor Legal Advice by the University of Murcia.
The SGC of the Faculty of Labor Sciences was developed following the guidelines of the AUDIT program of ANECA, and contemplates the content of point 9 of Annex I of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of October 29, subsequently modified by RD 861/2010.
After the start of the implementation of the system and with the appearance of documents on the monitoring and accreditation of the degrees already verified, it was considered necessary to carry out a thorough review, which has generated a new version of the SGC of the Centers of the University of Murcia, that was presented to the Governing Council of the University of Murcia on November 24, 2011, understanding that the approval of the ANECA is not necessary since the modifications in the Quality Assurance System are not considered as substantial within the different study plans.
The SGC of the Faculty of Labor Sciences is documented on the basis of a Manual ( http://www.um.es/web/cctrabajo/contenido/calidad/sgc/documentos/manual ), which contains the policy and general objectives of quality of the Faculty and the general guidelines of action related to the guarantee of the quality of the offered degrees, to the orientation to the learning of the students, to the management of the human and material resources necessary for the effective development of the same, to the analysis of results and to the rendering of accounts and information to the different interest groups.
The content of the Manual is displayed in a series of processes common to the entire University of Murcia related to the qualifications (design, planning and development, revision and improvement and suspension), to the students (from the recruitment and selection to the analysis of the labor insertion), to interest groups in general (academic staff and teaching support, administration and services staff), to material resources and services and to the rendering of accounts and public information. These processes, which make up the corresponding process map of the SGC, feed a global process of measurement, analysis and improvement, which guarantees the continuous improvement of the System and, consequently and as an application thereof, of the degrees offered by the Faculty of Job.
The records that emanate from the application of the SGC show the correct implementation of the same, among which are the activities that propose to make the Royal Decrees of reference for this degree.
