The role of WAO is to promote and support excellence and innovation among its members. We seek to ensure a transparent, reliable and honest administration of our programs, evaluation and quality assurance of graduate success, advocacy for graduate and postdoctoral needs and assistance to our community´s challenges. Pursuing excellent opportunities for the personal and professional development of our students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty in their role as supervisors.
